Over the 30 years that Steel Innovations has served Southern California's residential and business communities, we’ve found that to be true. In fact, we believe our passion for the job to be a big reason for our success. 

Our work calls for creativity and the ability to think outside of the box. Yet, far too often, others in our industry default to cookie-cutter solutions that treat projects as fundamentally the same. When you genuinely love what you do and are anxious to get at the work, the opportunity to think creatively and do what’s right for each individual customer is just that—an opportunity. It’s an opportunity to do what we love. When you can pour over three decades of experience into that passion, you have the formula for success. 

What that means for customers is that they can bring their ideas and their unique vision to us. While not everything is doable, our people know that we’ll be using our creative energies to find ways to make it happen rather than finding ways to explain why it can’t be done.
